Safety Essentials Enhancer

​Building on the core Safety Essentials® program developed by the Health and Safety Council®, Safety Essentials Enhancer introduces advanced, interactive learning modules that deepen understanding and engagement.

I directed the course development from initial content creation through full program build-out, overseeing a series of creative assets designed to make information more accessible and memorable. In collaboration with industry subject matter experts, the visual design team, and instructional designers, I ensured every element was visually compelling, instructionally sound, and grounded in real-world safety practices. The result is a richer, learner-centric experience that enhances retention and elevates safety performance in the field.
